Focus should be keeping carbs under 20g net. Moderate protein. LOTS of fat.

If you check his macro pie chart, emphasis is on the fat.

Mine is some version of this. Veggies (or any leftovers really) with fried eggs and hollandaise. And of course, some bacon. And coffee. With heavy cream. yum.
