Well I like gadgets… but haven’t had fresh avocado since buying it as I’ve been using frozen
I’ve made the cut to half an avocado, but then just wrapped in Saran without ever separating the halves, and they oxidize like crazy in just a few hours getting to work lunch. Shocked the vac seal method would work that good
I only eat one half of the avocado. The next day it is not solid green-some brown. Is there a loss of nutrients and is it safe to eat the brown? Thanks!
