I couldn’t believe that toothpaste advice! I kept using colegate, stevia, and whey protein and just cut down on veggies…and the strips tested darker overnight!
I changed my thread name to “10 weeks and still no weight loss” because that is really my issue. I’ve been in ketosis for most the time now that I understand all these terms…! First I was eating too many carbs now I’m pretty sure I’m eating too much fat. Going to try lowering my fat this week and hopefully can report back with some changes…going to keep trying despite the crazies!
Wow, how many and what type of veggies. I am down to just meat and vegetables. And not really a ton of veggies. I have never tested over the light pink on the strips.
I googled lowest carb veggies and stick to just those! Mostly salad greens or zucchini. Only 1-2 cups.
My mistake has been having oil, avo, and cheese with both meals. Too much I think!
I don’t think it’s possibke to eat too much fat in the beginning of Keto.
