We’re so cognizant of all these nutrients and theories about what’s going on in the body, I sometimes forget that the average person may have absolutely no idea what a carbohydrate is. Even if you refer to carbohydrate as sugar and grains, that leaves out a whole lot of things like fruits, corn and potatoes!
Talk about a CONTROLLED study!

Unless the medication is an antibiotic, does medication actually cure anything? I think they really only relieve symptoms. If medication cured anything, people would be able to go off them after a certain period of time, but that’s not usually the case. It’s really the lifestyle changes that possibly allow someone to stop their medication.
