Hi guys :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: - I take aloe vera juice the pure type (1tbs) and also collodial minerals (1sp) I usually have this first thing - should I wait tilI I break my fast or can I still have those when I wake

Also I normally add psylium powder spirallina powder and green banana resistant starch to the mix -
guessing you will all say do this just before I break my fast so just log this with my future inane questions lol

Is anyone else into this kind of supplimenting - I started this on my quest for better gut flora and bacteria

I am taking omega 3, Biotin, Magnesium and a multivitamin. Cured my leg cramps but not sure what else it is doing for me.
