I take beyond raw lit preworkout will all the goodies it has in it. IT will kick you out of ketosis for a short period of time (according to pee sticks). Have not tested how long out but usually back into ketosis after gym
I tested on myself using amino energy with added creatine, l citrulline malate and beta aline without working out and i was out of ketosis a little over 2 hours
With working out i have no idea as i dont want to interrupt my gym time to pee on a stick. I am pretty sure the time frame is cut down considerably tho…depending on how hard you work out
