Supplements for Ultra runner?


I am new to Keto, but not new to running & endurance sports. Just wondering what, if any supplements runners take to support their Keto lifestyle ?
I am over 60, Male.
The daily supplements I take to date are 3 x 1500mg Fish Oil (wild salmon). 1 x combo Mg, Ca, D3 tablet pd (from Costco).
I also take collagen (unflavoured) when the training volume is high. WPI when the protein in the meal is lower.

You might look into some creatine or something with high nitric oxide content, like beetroot powder.


OK, thanks. I head that creatine close to and during events works for some people.
