Now, this is not an excuse to carb load during the game… But I do intend to go a little keto overboard.

For me, fast means water, tea, coffee, and pickle juice. What will it be for you folks?

I am planning on the same, Working on a major Keto spread for sunday. Then i’m ready to see how far i can bring My BG numbers down. been hovering between 90 and 100, would really like to get it down into the 70’s Our Cheesemaker at work is going to be away at a conferance, so i like mY chances Knowing he will not bringing me up samples to get my opinion on them, he killed my last fast by bringing up a wedge of his first batch of asiago made with our milk

I am absolutely in! I will have to take it day by day as I have had some stomach issues that seem to get worse with fasting BUT they seem to be much improved in the last 2 weeks so I would like to try.

Well, I live in RI-- so doing pretty good!

I really did a number on myself in the last 3 days of feasting. Let’s just say I fell off the Keto wagon.

So, I’m modifying my “fast” to have 1 BPC each morning. Hopefully that’ll ease me back into ketosys quickly.

It’s good that you are listening to your body! I am actually going to just do 36 hours and then go back to 20:4 for the rest of the week.

I’m still going and am going to try for the full 5 days. I’m about 36 hours in, and the real challenge will be later tonight when I’m really going to want dinner. (It’s the dreaded DAY TWO of an extended fast.)

I’m trying to ramp up my fasting this month (Fasting February). My “rules” are to allow a cup of BPC in the morning, and plenty of water (with salt for electrolytes) and to avoid using bone broth, which stops autophagy.
