But she just explains to folks how your fat cells will simply fill with water as the fat is actually being used up, so the weight you might not be seeing immediately on the scale is due to the water essentially just taking it’s place of where the fat was. And it may indeed suddenly show itself when those cells burst. So you can see minimal results for a period of time, thinking nothings changing, and then all of a sudden (woosh) and see a nice number, sometimes overnight. … But she has fun breaking this down.
