I just started the keto diet but I have noticed that my strength has decrease. I feel energetic at the gym but can’t lift the same. Will this change?

This is normal. As you transition from carb and glycogen burning to fat and ketone burning, your performance will revert to normal or even improve. It might take a month or so to fully adapt.
