Starting keto but concern about my muscle gains

I just started the keto diet but I have noticed that my strength has decrease. I feel energetic at the gym but can’t lift the same. Will this change?

This is normal. As you transition from carb and glycogen burning to fat and ketone burning, your performance will revert to normal or even improve. It might take a month or so to fully adapt.

Temporary loss due to your body adapting. You’ll come back stronger.
