Thanks to everyone who helped.

Been doing IF (20/4) for the past week, lost 4.5 pounds and officially out of the 300’s. Lowered my protein intake to between 65-80g, and raised my caloric intake to only 25-30% deficit.

I’m very much enjoying only having to cook one meal a day. As I’ve already mentioned, I’m pretty lazy, and cooking cuts into my sittin’ around time.
