Spiralisers

#1

So which is your favourite? And please don’t call them Vegettis because it sounds rude!!!

This is the one I have and it is pretty good.

I have the Inspiralizer - I love it but I don’t use it often enough. Never enough of a hankering for pasta to bring it out!

#3

I know what you mean. Mine stays in the box a lot too!

I bought the new sunbeam electric spiraliser at the weekend and can’t wait to use it when I’ve finished my fast. I finally have zucchini from the garden and will be making Morrocan minced pork with plenty of Zoodles.

For my Birthday last summer, I got the Kitchen aid attachment with the corer, peeler and spiralizer. I Love, Love, Love it!

I wonder how this would do with a ham :pig2:

I like your thinking!

I got a very simple basic one. You hold it and rotate the zucchini or squash. I like it fine so far.

This is also the one I have!

Does anyone have a recommendation for one that is easy to clean?? Mine is a pain in the butt and thus, I never use it.

#13

Mine isn’t too bad because the blades slide out of the machine. I wouldn’t say cleaning was a breeze though!

#14

I had forgotten about this tool. It’s great - cheap and easy to clean @Jessica! You do have to be careful using it though. I have sliced bits of myself off a few times!

Ooooh there’s an idea! That made me cringe a little but yeah, that could work  Thanks!

#16

There is an art to it! It is pretty goo d though and makes lovely neat, thin julienne.

Thanks for posting, I am going to order this one as Ive been looking for a goid one!

'cuz it sounds like spaghetti and reminds us of carby pasta? (clearly I don’t get the joke :-/)

BUT I do have one of the handheld spiraldoodles and I really do like it. Usually just use it for zucchini and it’s fun to have that textural variety as opposed to my usual prep method of dicing.

#19

Haha. No. Because it sounds like vagina!

Hahahah oh jeeeeez ok :joy:
