I found this recipe on IG and tried it last night. SOOOO GOOOOD! It wasn’t very spicy but it was still really good. If you have oopsie rolls you can recreate a Chicken Sandwich.

i’m always looking at ideas for food prep for my kids lunches, school lunches are so far from keto, even if they make the best choices its still not optimal… these might just work out really well. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

I have made this recipe. It’s easy to make a batch and freeze uncooked. I make thin patties so they cook fast from frozen. Also, they cook just fine with no breeding.
Definitely prefer it spicy 
!
