Given the abundance of online recipes I have been loathe to pay for a cookbook but no one ever knows what to get me for my birthday (helllloooo! Aged prime ribeyes!!!). So I was given this one. I have tried three recipes and enjoyed them all. Will be trying another 5-10. If you are looking for Such a thing I liked this one
