Southern Comeback Sauce

#1

This is a southern staple that some food chains have started picking up and dubbing it their chicken finger sauce.

It is a pink, spicy mayonnaise sauce that goes great with chicken, poultry, and pork skins if you’re wanting a fat bomb with some crunch and a zing.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup of your favorite Mayo
1 tablespoon sriracha
2 teaspoons of Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning
2 tablespoons of Buffalo Wing sauce

Feel free to make your own buffalo sauce with some hot sauce, butter, a dash of Worcestershire, some garlic powder. Regardless, the end result is fantastic.

Yum! I’m on it! The next time I cook a batch of chicken thighs to go into recipes and stand at the kitchen counter and eat the hot, crispy skins as my dinner meal, I’ll be dipping them in that. Thanks!

I feel like their is some red chilli pepper in there somewhere. Allergic. No thanks.

This is also great if you substitute the mayo for cream cheese😋
