Here’s something different you can make with ground beef. The flavor is off the charts, with lots of healthy, varied fats.
I followed the recipe exactly until the garnish. I used crushed walnuts in lieu of pine nuts, and tahini instead of sour cream, just based on what I had in the house. Oh yeah, I didn’t have tomato paste, so I used a homemade (sugar-free) ketchup, and some cherry tomatoes that needed to be eaten.
