Somebody stop me from this!

I have been keto since January 2018. I have lost 37 pounds and very content with this way of eating.

Here’s the thing: About six weeks ago, for no apparent reason, I started eating copious amounts of ice cream once a week.

I have absolutely no cravings for anything else. I’m suspecting maybe it is some kind of emotional attachment. I can’t seem to stop.

Thoughts?

I think we have a keto ice cream thread for home made keto ice cream. I personally would want my ice cream sweetened with stevia if possible!

I don’t know much about ice cream but I don’t think the natural sugars in it would hurt!

If I liked ice cream a lot, I would start making it!
