So made my first mason jar ice cream tonight ... what varieties can you recommend?

Ended up doing two recipes tonight. One was planned, beef and broccoli (not the best, not a lot of choice as to meats in the stores right now) but the other was unexpected. But when I came across a super simple recipe for mason jar keto chocolate ice cream, I had to try it. It was just so easy.

So I’m already planning some experiments, add some orange extract to see if I can manage a dreamsicle flavor, Make a peanut butter ice cream with not only peanut butter, but also small chunks of a keto peanut butter cookie, lots of ideas.

So anybody run across anything on the way of mason jar sherbet? Loved sherbet, would love to find a way to quickly and easily make that.

What other interesting recipes have people come up with?

Found it here, and he has recipes for three other flavors: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKKG80qgs-4

Basically, mason jar (16 ounce will work, 24 ounce might be better), 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons powdered sweetener (though I used granulated, and it was still fine), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add lid, shake vigorously for 3 or 4 minutes, freeze for three hours. Came out terrific.Though next time I might increase the cocoa powder to 2 tablespoons.

Did my second jar of ice cream tonight. This time I did peanut butter ice cream, with a cup of HWC, two tablespoons of sweetener, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, two tablespoons of all natural peanut butter, and one crushed up keto peanut butter cookie. Came out terrific, and I think these are going to become my favorite desserts. They also work terrific as a fat bomb!

Next will probably be a batch of chocolate chip with some Lily’s chips chopped up fine. When I can get to the store for some extracts I’ll work on a butter pecan flavor, an orange or creamsicle flavor, and I am wondering if rootbeer extract would allow the making of a good rootbeer float flavor, or if it wouldn’t work well without the carbonation. Gotta try to see.
