I am 4 days in a 7 days water only fast. I have some moderate kidney pain. I did not drink to much water (1/2 gallon a day). Understand this is quite normal?

Why are you drinking so little water? Drink more my man! You’re body is in clean up mode and getting rid of crap, you’re not giving it enough to get it back out. If I only drank a 1/2 gal/day I’d have kidney pain fast or not. Don’t buy into that “drink only to thirst” BS.
