Thank you! Will probably alwsys have that little bit of belly and the lumpy old lady fat (what’s left of it!), but I’m happy!

I will. I’m starting at home for now, going on vacation in a week, then joining a muscle gym down from work when I get back so I can do machines.
Just doing the Slow Burn 5 x 5 routine at home with free weights 4 days in, and what a huge noticable difference in body comp! Many new “fat dents”! (I love fat dents!)
This is definitely a game-changer for me! Excited to 1)hit the beach on vaca in a week in bikini in this 56 year old keto bod and
2)start with machines when I get back so I can do the Slow Burn to complete muscle failure.
