And 134.2 this morning. B G has been dropping as well since starting the new lifting program.

I also have to add that my stress level has SKYROCKETED lately, my sleep is horrendous, and neither has affected my fat loss. Maybe the constant tossing and turning and pacing and high energy levels dealing with idiots burns more fat?!

What weights are you using?

5 lb, 8 lb hand weights and a barbell with 15 lb on ea side for squats, dead lifts, bench presses and overhead presses.

Progress pic…packing new suit for vaca!
See how 132 lbs on 5’5" can still be considered overweight? I still hold about 25 % bf ( mostly in Mom’s inherited belly and thighs! But I still love you you, Mom, may you be resting in peace!) But much better improvement from what it was! I’ll take it, and keep on goin’!
