Keto Shrimp Cocktail Sauce
yields ~ 1 1/3 cup sauce

1 cup low-sugar catsup
1 tablespoon fresh grated horseradish
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄8 teaspoon pepper

Mix well and chill before serving. I used an immersion blender, this blended the horseradish well.

18 grams net carbs for the full recipe if you use low-sugar Heinz ketchup so take it easy on quantity! My Hubby loved this compared to regular pre-made sauce, he said it was far less sweet and the bold horseradish paired well with the shrimp. He used about 1/4 of the recipe for a full plate of shrimp.
