This is something i accidentally made in the beginning of my woe last year. It turned out amazing and I only recreated it once. I think this would be great for a maintenance or induction getting those fats up and us full. It’s not precise with measurements because i just made it up as i went along. I’m going to copy paste it from where i originally posted it and shared it with my friends.
It started out with a bag of frozen cauliflower and broccoli, 3 tbs butter, fresh crushed garlic. Then I peeled the shrimp while that was cooking and added that. I seasoned it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Then I thought meh, I’ll make a thick sauce with this and put in a can of coconut milk. Worried it wouldn’t thicken up I added some heavy whipping cream (no measurement I just poured). Then I thought of alfredo sauce and added some parmesean and some shredded Italian cheese and I just made a cream of cheese soup. I could totally puree this but I won’t.
