Im new to keto, doing my 2nd month in few days and im quite worry i might be over eating protein but based from your boring food, looks like i am not!
The first few posts in this thread were nearly a year ago. I’ve since dropped my protein macro to .5 grams per pound LBM.
My LBM is 130, so I have settled on 70 grams protein per day.
To check the efficacy of my new protein macro, I did bookend DEXA scans whilst doing my usual weekly lifting.
In three months I gained 4 pounds lean mass.
For my body it has been confirmed I only need the equivalent of an 8 ounce sirloin steak daily, not a 16 ounce steak, as shown in some of my photos [though occasionally I will induldge).
Let’s just say no one messes with me. Enough women get pushed around. Not me.
I have a lean body mass of 130 pounds. Gotta feed that. Lol
