Setting up a good three day fast?

The goal of this fast was to induce a little autophagy. I have read that autophagy is hindered by mct oil, so this was my first fast without mct oil.

I just ended a 36 hour fast with some cheese. I’m thinking of ramping it up with some fast food. I’m posting this to record. This was my first fast without MCT oil or chicken broth. I went without carbs on day zero, consuming as much fat and protein as I wanted. That was the worst day actually, with headaches, and stomach cramps. Day one, three cups of coffee with BHB & potassium. Day two, giving up. The actual fast part wasn’t that bad.

I had originally planned my first 72 fast without mct oil. But I need to do school work and my mind is struggling to find the energy. I’m not slow, rather I’m unfocused. I’ll do another 36hr fast in a month, and attempt a 3 day fast this winter.
