Second Week experiences

Just wondering if anyone else didnt crave crap food by the second week? Ive been strict with what I ate in the first with the exception of one day, I craved eating cherry bake wells everyday!
Now I don’t feel any need to eat that sort of food, in fact I don’t feel as hungry as I used to, I feel more focused both with uni work and exercise. Did anyone else experience this? Oh and I’ve lost 1.6kg from Saturday 30th - Saturday 6th.

Yes. I was the same. No desire to eat rubbish at all. Just want to eat delicious keto food. It’s good isn’t it?

You’ll find the lack of hunger liberating. On hectic days when free time is non-existent, it’s great to be able to continue on and not worry about buying/making something to eat.

With my kid, she left half a bowl of Mac n cheese and a pile of fries on the tray. I had no desire to even take a taste. No way I could have resisted on just a low carb low fat diet.
