So in a podcast called Fitness Behaviour by Bevan James Eyles (a non Keto podcast )
In his 14th podcast back in Oct 2011 Bevan talk about Reseting the Reset, what this means if you fall off the horse instead of staying off the horse for days, weeks or months, you set a time to get back on the horse.

That’s what I do… I continue right on doing LCHF/keto the next mealtime as if nothing happened, after a meal when I have (intentionally) chosen to eat either too many carbs or eat something “not allowed”, which is rare.
