One of the great things I have noticed about the forum is that there are hardly any “cheating posts” I think it might be because the people here are actually serious about trying to heal themselves and learning different tips and technique to make their journeys more successful. It is so nice, not having to sift through a bunch of “i ate a bag of oreos last night, and I feel terrible, How long will it take to get back into Ketosis?” posts to get to the good stuff. Instead we all get to focus on new ideas for everyone’s N=1 experiment of how to make yourself thrive in this WOE.
