Recipes the 2 keto dudes made while Down Under

Anyone know where the recipes are for the ice cream and sauce the 2 keto dudes made while Down Under? In particular, what sugar substitute were they using? I don’t remember the name of it and can’t remember the episode that discussed this.

I’d also like to try the ice cream recipe, say for Thanksgiving, if it’s possible. In fact, I’d like to do both for Thanksgiving.

I’d need to do a dry run of these, though, beforehand. So, I want to order everything and try it for a small group.

This is one recipe, but it uses corn syrup:

I don’t have an answer for where the recipes are except for you’d have to listen to the episode and write it down as they talk about it. The sweetener they used was Allulose I believe.

The link from the podcast page is to that exact sauce. He used allulose for the sugar in the caramel sauce, but he didn’t say in the podcast what to sub for the corn syrup or whether to just omit it. @richard, help!

I don’t know what ice cream they made, but again allulose is the sweetener of choice because the ice cream doesn’t go rock hard in the freezer as with other sweeteners. There are several recipes for ice cream in the recipes sub-forum.

Thank you both. They were going to use dry ice to make ice cream, which I think would be fun and like a science experiment.
