Howdy fellow travelers!
I’m back in the forum after a long absence from social media due to job securities.
(As if anyone missed me, LOL)
I started KETO in 2019 after a health scare and to date I have (mostly) kept my weight down about 90 lbs. from where I started. I hover around 200- 210 now. My goal is to work towards breaking below 200.
I’m looking forward to good conversations and interesting reads.

90 lbs is a fantastic achievement. Keto can be tough, but the results speak for themselves. I have found intermittent fasting to be a great complement to keto, helps with those stubborn weight plateaus.
