Raspberry Vanilla Hot Fudge Sundae (5g net carbs)

With crushed almonds sprinkled on top.

Hot fudge: coconut oil barely melted, cocoa powder, stevia drops
Ice cream: frozen raspberries topped with heavy cream premixed with stevia and vanilla extract.

The “fudge” hardens like ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. I like the crunchy chocolatey texture on top.
