I can’t believe how good I feel. This is my second longest fast ever and previously I had avoided working out during my fasts. In the last month+ I have started an intermittent fasting program along with my keto lifestyle (16/8) with daily workouts. I was nervous about trying to run after this long of a fast, but it was a great run and I feel amazing. I know this is probably chump change as far as fasts and runs go, but I’m still shocked about how my performance was and how good I feel. 20 more hours to go on my first 60 hour fast, with how I feel now it might be hard to not go longer!
