Pumpkin Pie Spice Mousse

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice extract, 6 drops stevia.
Mix with immersion blender until thickened. Add fresh grated nutmeg.
Sometimes I also blend in 1/4 cup pureed pumpkin which adds color and a fresh taste.

Ooooooh I have a pumpkin spice emulsion that I use in place of extract. Gotta try this!!
