I have been ZC for 1 year on 5/22. I have not lost any weight and I’m struggling to understand why. I’m completely sugar free. I eat eggs, bacon, hamburger with chees, fish and rib eyes. I do drink coffee with HWC. I walk between 15 - 20,000 steps 5 days a week. I drink water. I’m just at a loss here. I am 5’7", I weigh 212, and I am 54 years old… I just wanted to lose 25 - 30 lbs. I used to weigh between 170 - 185. Ugh. Any ideas?

Have you tried removing the eggs and dairy? Any kind of fasting?

Those with the least to lose take longer to lose it. Your body still is prioritizing other things right now. Keep on keeping on.

The one thing I might advise is dropping coffee and dairy. They both stall me.
