Hello, I’m new to keto ( about a month in) and just wanted to see if I was doing everything right. My goal is to get to 10% body fat I’m probably at 12% right now. I internment fast from 2200 to 1600 the next day ( 4 pm), although I do have a coffee from my coffee maker in the morning and apple cider vinegar at lunch. When I get home I make a fat shake( egg, cream cheese, butter, coconut oil, peanut butter and a scoop of protein powder, coconut milk and some whipping cream) not Whipped cream! I then eat some cheese and a couple fat bombs. I usually eat the Atkins low carb meals as dinner, although here and there I grill steak or chicken. As a snack I eat celery with guacamole or cheese.Every week or two I do a 48-72 fast. I’ve lost 15 pounds since I’ve started, but just wanted to see if there was anything I could do to improve the process. I run 3-4 times a week and weight train 3-4 times a week also.

The best I can tell you is download the app… LOSE IT… log everything u are eating and the answer you are looking for will be there… sounds like you are eating a bit disorganized without actually knowing how much percentage of fat … protein and carbs u are actually consuming… u want to go at least 70% fats… no more than 20 protein… and the rest carbs

Sounds like your doing everything right. At 12% BF and a 15lb weight loss in 4 weeks I don’t know how you could ask for more. Wish I were so lucky.
