How much potassium and magnesium do you need to take when you are fasting?
I’m doing pretty well with the salt, but I’m not sure how much to take of the other two.

Potassium and magnesium when fasting
I have no definitive answer but K is stored in fat so I believe you can probably skip a few days without much issue. I take my standard 350mg of Mg when fasting since it is in my keto-ade anyway and if there is also K in yours, it probably couldn’t hurt (though you can OD on K).
I take chelated magnesium morning and night and when I try to take it while fasting it makes me very nauseous so I end up breaking my fast with a couple pieces of bacon. Do I need to take magnesium while fasting or can I wait until I’m done fasting to take it?
See how you feel? I notice I have a much harder time trying to fast without taking magnesium, like it’s impossible. But I fell off the IF/fasting train a long time ago. Maybe once you’re in a deeper keto state it’s not as needed?
