Im missing oats guys, any keto porridge recipes here at all?

Yep lots - just use the search bar for ‘oatmeal’ ‘noatmeal’ ‘breakfast cereal’ as well as porridge etc :wink: They’re hidden in threads not necessarily tagged etc.

There are quite a few around, based on lots of different ingredients. I’d be interested in what you think satisfies the “oatmeal mouth feel” the best.

I love porridge too @RedBeard - but for it not to interfere with my water weight / scales readings, I have to now avoid it really.

I like savoury porridge, very regularly I’ll have it with with poached eggs, and some crispy bacon… lots of salt and pepper…

on the sweet tip, I like my oats made with water, mixed with diet chocolate PHD Protein Powder, and a very small amount of honey, and a tablespoon of peanut butter - but again, way off the keto scale really :frowning:

It’s not the same at all @RedBeard - but for a “carbohydrate type feeling in your stomach” - without that many carbs, you could always try frying up some cauliflower rice with some butter maybe… that’s pretty nice…
