Pork Shoulder with Kosher salt & caraway seeds

I take a boneless pork butt or tenderloin and I pierce it and put garlic cloves all over…
Then I sprinkle kosher salt & caraway seeds all over the roast… Generously.
Roast it until done… let it set and then slice thin slices…

Leftovers are absolutely amazing with fried eggs…
I do this recipe frequently to have lots of leftovers.

If you want it moister, wrap it in Parchment paper. You can uncover it at the end if you like it crispy.

I like to do mine in the air fryer… No wrapping. Crisps up nicely.
