Pork Rind cinnamon toast funnel cake “ sorta “

(Troy) #1

Similar to the cinnamon toast pork rind recipe

What I did was add some unsweetened coconut flakes

I made separately, toasted w some grass fed butter.1 tbsp or so of butter w about 1/2 tbsp of the coconut flakes

I then set the above mixture aside.

Made the “ pork rind cinnamon toast recipe “
“I added more butter“

Then added the toasted coconut flakes to the above recipe, stirred it all now together

I then Topped w some canned whipping cream ( yes U can make ur own too )

Sprinkled on some “ non “ toasted coconut flakes , 1/2 tbsp
Omit if you want

…the coconut flakes only added less than 2 net carbs—

Then sprinkled some more cinnamon. I love cinnamon
Omit if needed

You can change the amounts to your likings as well

Enjoy

Hi…

Yes, really nice crunch!!
I ate while still warm:slight_smile:

The other option would be to place it in the refrigerator ( or flash freeze briefly ) for 15-30 minutes or so.
Then add the whipping cream / cinnamon after if you want too…or before I guess.

Other topping choices you can add are finely chopped pecans or almonds, other spices ( nutmeg or pumpkin spice ) , berries ( depending on your sugar macros ), or even your favorite sweetener.

What is the pork rind cinnamon toast recipe, please?

Hi,
Oops sorry

This the base recipe from above

I did not use the almond milk or caramel ( unless u make a cereal )

I used cinnamon instead of the caramel
And more butter
In place of the erythritol I used 3 packets of sweet leaf stevia

Hope this helps
