Pork belly suggestions

I have two small sections of pork belly from Aldi, what should I do with it? I’d really like to end up with something crispy and delicious. I think it’s already smoked.

I need to check the Aldi near me to see if they have this… I really only get my coffee from there, they have really good prices on Cafe Bustello…
