Pizza crust

I made an easy pizza crust last night that came out excellent.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese-- you can use a combination of other cheeses.
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning, half tsp garlic powder

Put all ingredients in food processor until well blended. It comes out very sticky so you need to use parchment paper in your pan. I used 2 small pans and placed parchment on top to push the crust into the pan. Then it bakes for 20 minutes. Top with your favorite low carb sauce and toppings and bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

I left out the temp for baking the crust is only 350. After toppings the temp is 400.
