Pimento Cheese

8 oz cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz diced pimento with juice
4 oz diced pickled jalapeño (optional)
1 C mayonnaise
Salt to taste

Wizz it all up with a hand mixer and use porkrinds as your spoon :grin:

I forgot to say freshly grated cheese is best but I figured that was a given.

Yum! More complicated than mine though. I’ve never used cream cheese, I’m going to have to now

I will give this a try - but I will use my homemade keto mayo.

April bought me some more avocado oil today so I can jump back on the keto mayo bandwagon :joy:
