Anyone else try these? They are very soft and buttery. (sorry for the bad pictures!)
Pili Nuts
I love them. I get the Spicy Chili variety. My package says serving size is 1 oz.

Where do you find them? Haven’t seen them where I frequent ( however I live in a rural area) in Wisconsin
I have not seen them in stores. I ordered them from here: https://www.eatpilinuts.com/
llvlc for 10% discount on order.
I like those ratios and nutrient density, but that price! $27/lb raw, $44/lb, the only other nuts I’ve seen so expensive are Pine Nuts. Actually, looking into it further, Pine Nuts have similar (not identical) ratios as well…
Yea-I’ll probably opt fore more affordable options. I bet they’re good tho!
I’d love to try pili nuts but I’m not an heir to the Rockafeller fortune
I’ve ordered these before…

They are really great, almost wet with fat, lasted me a few weeks.
6 ounces for $13 is $35 a pound. Notoriously expensive pine nuts are $20/lb.
or I can get bacon ends and pieces, 3 pounds for $5 at the local butcher. Hell, I can get macadamias and pecans for less than half what they want for pili nuts. I mean, I’m sure they’re tasty but I can’t imagine them tasting twice as good as pecans and macadamias.
