I freaking love this dish. I sub Miracle noodles for the rice noodles obviously.
I started with femur bones, roasted them at 400 degrees for about a half hour then put them in the InstantPot and covered with water to the max line. Pressure cooked for two 120 minute cycles. Then I switched to slow cook mode since I was going to bed and did that for about 12 hours.
Next I followed this infographic, but I didn’t add any meat at this point other than the bones. I’m going to just do thinly sliced beef at serving:
I threw all the aromatics in the InstantPot with the broth and set it to slow cook with the lid off. I’m going to let that simmer until I’m ready to serve.
