Peppermint Fatty
A creamy peppermint tea that soothes the senses while getting in a trifecta of great fats
- 2 peppermint tea bags
- 12oz. water
- 1-5oz. small can of coconut milk
- 1t. MCT oil
- 1T butter
- cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
- chill the coconut milk, separate the fat from the liquid (toss the liquid)
- boil up some water and pour it over both tea bags, let it steep for a few minutes
- nuke the coconut cream for about 30 seconds, add the MCT oil and butter
- froth the creamy goodness with the spices and then combine with the peppermint tea
- Voila! now drink
