Made these last week - they don’t last long.
Short Version.
- 125g chopped Pecans (or your nut(s) of choice)
- 43g Butter
- 58g Double Cream
- 27g Sweetener (I use Total Sweet Xylitol)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 25g Dark Chocolate
- Himalayan Pink Salt (optional)
Steps
- Brown Butter in a pan over a medium heat, add cream and combine
- Reduce heat, add sweetener and vanilla extract and whisk for 5 minutes until it starts to thicken
- Take off heat, add chopped nuts and mix.
- Spread into a lined tin and pop in the freezer for 5-10 mins
- Melt some dark chocolate, and drizzle/spread over the mix and let set (freezer or fridge) - Add salt on top if you want
