This is a recipe that I originally found a version of online but I have edited and adapted over several versions. It makes 32 cookies which I wrap up and freeze and pull one out when I am really craving something dessert like or sweet at the end of the day. Here is a screenshot from my fitness pal of the ingredients are used. I basically throw all of it into my KitchenAid bowl and blend it into a crumbly dough before pouring out onto a large sheet of plastic wrap and forming it into a log which I then slice into 32 even pieces and then bake at 350° on Parchment paper for 15 minutes or so. You have to let these things fully cool for a long time before you try and move them and eventually they do firm up and become nice and firm although I enjoy eating them right out of the freezer.
