Peaches and Cream Oatmeal Drink

So this is the most stupid simple recipe, but I wasn’t sure where to put it. Anyways I discovered by accident that the Country Peach Passion tea from Celestial seasonings with heavy cream in it tastes like those little packets of peachs 'n cream oatmeal. Easy little treat and as someone who used to love that oatmeal, it is reminiscent enough to make me happy!

Do you step in the hwc or add hwc to the tea (water) afterwards.

Let me know how the pudding comes out! I made the tea in water first and then I slightly warmed my cream and frothed it with a milk frother before I poured it over. If you steeped it directly in cream it might work for the pudding purpose.
