I use it daily. It is perfect. Only con is the initial price, but I saved so much money by using it instead of purchasing cheap stuff that breaks (I have had mine for almost 10 years now).
I make keto bread, desserts (cheese cakes and whipped cream on a regular basis), I make my own spice mixes, and if you think you had a good fathead pizza, think again - the best crust is done in the thermomix.
If I had to choose one thing in my kitchen and get rid of all else, the thermomix would be it. second place is my pressure cooker - but that also requires a stove…the thermomix only needs a powerpoint.
