I was preparing my bacon for oven cooking last night and wondered what I could do to vary it.
Having some cheddar sat nearby I had the idea of rolling some up inside it.
I also wrapped another piece mid-roll.
I thought I would share this with you, because I’m kind like that, and if you were here, I would have shared my nommy bacon with cheese with you too. (Oh my goodness, I am in such a good mood today. I’ve even been singing at my desk. lol. I blame @carl’s music to code by, as I’ve been doing a couple of pomodoro’s back to back a few times, and got loads done. )
